By accessing or using our app, website, or any other services (collectively, “Services”), you (“user”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). 6.1 User-Generated Content

Our app allows you to create, post, share, and store content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services.

6.2 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content that we deem in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to our Services or users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Diagonal Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content you post to the Services. You are responsible for the content you post and ensuring that you have the necessary rights to post such content.

8. In-App Purchases

Our app may offer in-app purchases. These purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices for in-app purchases may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and our Company regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
